Hi, my name is Iza, and I am 21 years old.

From a very young age, I have been deeply interested in the role women play in society. I am certain that you, too, have experienced some form of discrimination simply because you are a woman. In recent years, more and more women have become leaders, started their own businesses, or launched online platforms—inspiring millions of women to take control of their lives. To stop waiting for a man to save them, and instead, save themselves.

My personal development journey began a year ago. I was sitting on a bus when, on a sudden impulse, I picked up my phone and searched for a self-development channel. After watching the first few videos, I realized that I wanted to grow both externally and internally. I began integrating various practices into my daily behavior, and over time, the progress became visible.

Over the past six months, I’ve realized that I want to be part of what I call the global awakening of women. In the last year, I learned how to stand up for myself, and my mindset has completely transformed. I came to understand that the true goal is to be emotionally stable, to be our authentic selves, and to fully blossom through our own personal growth. Our greatest support in life will always be ourselves—so it’s essential that we invest the most energy into ourselves.

This experience is one of the main reasons why I decided to start my own business and help inspire other women to do the same. To pursue their dreams and build a life they have always envisioned.
